Dream Bigger
Dream Bigger is a fully funded NatWest programme focused on developing transferrable entrepreneurial skills in 16-18 year old females across the UK. The aim of the initiative is to drive confidence in preparation for the future world of work and impact the percentage of women who intend to start a business.
Challenging young women to think differently.
BACKGROUND
Through a programme of digital and live events, the Dream Bigger programme is designed to challenge young women to think differently. Introducing them to entrepreneurship as an alternative career path alongside a library of tools and techniques to help them develop future skills including growth mindset and purpose.
Designed to activate the recommendations of the Rose Review of Female Entrepreneurship, the initiative is designed to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs by embedding entrepreneurial education in the curriculum across the UK.
MISSION
From an initial problem statement, we scoped, researched and developed a number of concepts resulting in a MVP pilot event delivered to a number of Schools across the Midlands and North West in 2018.
From the initial proof of concept, we partnered with schools, educational organisations and external partners including Microsoft to continue to iterate the proposition into it’s current format which reached over 14,000 interventions in 2020 and encompasses digital and live event content, video content and promotional collateral.
