Entrepreneurial Development Academy
The Entrepreneurial Development Academy (EDA) is an innovative learning & development programme designed to support employees across the NatWest Group to become more entrepreneurial in their day job.
Redefining capability.
BACKGROUND
Originally set up in 2015 taking the best tools and techniques from the banks Entrepreneur Accelerator to support front line employees to better understand the needs and behaviours of their customers.
MISSION
In 2019 with over 15,000 employees across the bank graduated through the existing EDA programme there was a demand to continue their development through additional learning.
Working with stakeholders across the bank to understand and respond to the changing organisational needs, we conducted a full review of the learning strategy. Using data, insights and focus groups to review, re-design and enhance the customer journey and learning outcomes, to drive further bank-wide adoption, align the proposition to the banks future learning strategy and develop future skills & capabilities across the organisation. This included a full re-brand, programme restructure, learning outcomes review, development of new digital learning modules, event content, promotional collateral and email comms.
